Some services may be operated by third-party providers (lodges, camps, airlines, transport partners, guides, and activity operators).

2) Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide (dates, group size, preferences, availability).

  • Prices may change due to availability, seasonal rates, park fees, fuel costs, taxes, currency fluctuations, and supplier changes.

  • A quote is not a confirmed booking until we receive a deposit (or full payment) and issue written confirmation.

Inclusions/exclusions will be clearly stated in your itinerary or invoice.

3) Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

  1. You accept the itinerary/quotation in writing (email/WhatsApp), and

  2. You pay the required deposit or full payment, and

  3. We issue a booking confirmation.

You are responsible for checking all booking details upon confirmation.

4) Payments

  • Payment methods accepted: [Bank transfer / Card / Online payment / Cash on arrival (if applicable)].

  • If payment is not received by the agreed deadline, we may release reservations and your booking may be cancelled.

Bank and transaction fees: Any bank charges or transfer fees must be covered by the client unless stated otherwise.

5) Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms depend on supplier policies (lodges, camps, permits, flights, and third-party activities). Some components may be non-refundable.

Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation, typical policy may be:

  • 60+ days before travel: partial refund minus non-refundable deposits/fees

  • 30–59 days: partial refund, cancellation charges apply

  • 0–29 days: limited or no refund

Important: Park fees, permits, domestic flights, and certain lodge deposits can be non-refundable once issued.

We will always explain applicable cancellation terms before you pay.

6) Changes by the Client

If you request changes (dates, hotels, routing, group size), we will try to accommodate them, but:

  • Changes depend on availability.

  • Price differences may apply.

  • Supplier change fees may apply.

  • Some confirmed services may not be changeable.

7) Changes or Cancellations by Shannah Tours

We may need to adjust an itinerary due to reasons beyond our control such as weather, road conditions, safety concerns, park regulations, political events, strikes, or supplier issues.
